Position – Short Term Lettings manager
Years of exp – 2 years and above
Nationality – Any
Candidates must have short-term letting and holiday homes lettings experience need.
Responsibilities as Short-Term lettings Manager will include the following:
• To achieve set targets for the team and maximize all revenue opportunities.
• To measure, manage and improve staff performance against corporate targets.
• To ensure continuous development of the team through ongoing coaching, support, and the identification of personal development needs in regular performance & objective reviews.
• A progressive career ladder.
• Support team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
• Bring new properties onto the market.
Key requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Short-term Lettings and holiday homes letting experience must.
• Target and performance managing skills required.
• UAE driving license holder.
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business.
• Knowledge of property law.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to priorities a busy workload and work well under pressure
