We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our landscaping company. The role involves managing and supervising landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage the execution of landscaping projects at various sites.•Interpret and implement landscaping designs, plans, and drawings.•Ensure proper grading, drainage, and soil preparation for landscaping works.•Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.•Supervise installation of irrigation systems, pathways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping elements.•Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.•Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.•Address any site-related challenges and provide on-the-spot solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•Experience in civil construction and landscaping.•Strong knowledge of soil, drainage, and irrigation systems.•Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and landscaping plans.•Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.•Ability to manage teams and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
