1. Able to work under great pressure, with proper scheduling of tasks and time management.
2. Able to type 75 words per minute on average and can use advanced excel formulas like VLOOKUP, COUNTIF etc.
3. Detail oriented specially on sensitive matters like custom personal information
4. Capable of providing excellent customer service experience in a polite manner.
5. Able to develop good relation with co workers
6. Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
