The Site Incharge, possessing a BE in Mechanical Engineering and NACE-II certification, will oversee on-site operations related to painting, PFP, and scaffolding. With a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and proficiency in both Hindi and English, the inbent ensures seamless operations, safety standards, and effective communication on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day site activities, particularly in painting, PFP, and scaffolding.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to Oil & Gas industry safety and compliance standards.
- Communication: Liaise between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication in both Hindi and English.
- Reporting: Deliver timely updates on site progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the on-site team, ensuring optimal performance and addressing issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- NACE-II certification.
- Proven experience with painting, PFP, and scaffolding in the Oil & Gas sector.
