This role will require someone with experience creating social strategies and editorial calendars, and running the day-to operations for social media accounts spanning multiple projects. You'll take the lead on crafting content and distributing it on platforms including Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and more. You'll partner with marketing and product leaders to understand the team's goals and how you can influence and support their go-to-marketing strategies. You'll also lead social listening and support other initiatives to gather insights to strengthen our student strategy and drive better results through social media.
• Experience using social media channels to build consumer brands and drive business on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and top-notch spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
• Experience with content marketing and social media strategies and best practices
• Experience leveraging data to evaluate audience health, growth, as well as content performance
• A propensity to be highly creative, but with an insights-driven and results-oriented approach
• Familiar with WordPress
• 1-2+ years of content marketi media experience
• Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Journalism, or another applicable field is added advantage
• Passion for improving education and helping students learn
