As a face of the company, the Customer Happiness Specialist ensure an outstanding guest’s experience, recommend sports products and services, and ensure additional sales.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
• Manage all Social Media day-to-day activities through channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, TicToc, etc. …
• Capture and edit pictures and videos through editing softwa.
• Create, curate, and published relevant content for the company’s target customers (images, videos, stories, written podcasts).
• Plan and create a monthly content calendar supporting the brand communication strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency and strong reputation across all social media platforms.
• Respond to users, proactively engage your audience, and cultivate the community.
• Budget, recommend and conduct social media marketing campaigns.
• Measure and analyze key metrics to evaluate ROI campaigns.
• Collaborate with other Sales Assistants who will support the content creation
SALES
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services and advises.
• Maintain outstanding club condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Receive, control and store products shipments.
• Ensure accurate stock information, recommend stock quantity, and place orders.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Stay updated about product and services information and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Generate products and services sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Accurately report daily, weekly, and monthly sales to the management.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers through their booking and guide them around the club facilities.
• Informe clients about the app and membership packages content and benefits.
• Answer & follow up customers queries through various channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone etc…)

PERSONALITY
• Curious and adaptable with a “Can-do” attitude.
• Good communicator, pleasant and friendly personality with a great sense of humor.
EXPERIENCE
• Extensive social media experience from a professional or intensive personal use,
(Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, TicToc) and updated with the latest digital trends.
• Sales OR Event OR customer service OR hospitality experience (2 years)
SKILLS
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficiency with picture and video editing software and apps. (Lightroom, Photoshop, Skylum Luminar, etc…).
• Good with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written skills.
• English Proficiency.
WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE
• Startup experience.
• Sport Club OR Event OR Hospitality experience.
• Arabic OR Russian language highly preferred, or any European language on a native level.
• Degree in Marketing is a plus.
