Job Description:
• Social Listening: Monitoring, responding to, and tracking comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner.
• Enhance positive sentiment among the community with every interaction to boost brand advocacy.
• Drive engagement, and excitement in the social communities day-to-day
• Content management of the Instagram, FB, etc., pages - creating captio and curati content
• Develop recommendations on content and social initiatives based on qualitative and quantitative insights. Drive sales engagement.
• Own our social listening platform, providing weekly reports and being the main point of contact for social listening and sentiment analysis around our brand identity, our products, and current events that may impact our company s reputation or business objectives.
• Utilize social listening to track industry trends and provide analysis around social media sentiment and the competitive landscape.
• Small scale outreach to micro influencers for trade collaborations
• Identify and engage with user generated content that supports our brand.
• Identify community needs and provide recommendations on what content should be created to address those needs.
• Funnel relevant online conversations to the Customer Support department when necessary.
• Some weekend and evening work may be required to be diligent in responding to all customer comments and inquiries.
