1.Support the company’s current social media profiles & presence and identify additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
2. Create engaging content with the support of the concerned Marketing sub divisions and ensure content is appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand awareness and lead generation.
3. Condu product reviews, insights and sales reviews for our various social media platforms.
4. Ensure to follow the approval procedures prior posting any contents in the Company’s social media platforms.
5. Use the social media management software on a daily basis to carry out the job responsibilities efficiently.
6. Prepare the company marketing calendar on a yearly basis and accordingly follow all approved marketing plans.
7. Post contents in social media platforms as per the social media calendar.
8. Ensure to be in line with social media objectives outlined in the overall social media plan.
9. Ensure to use appropriate contents and correct hashtags, tags, etc. in all social media platforms.
10. Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel.
11. Develop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards.
12. Update and highlight the latest trends and best practices for both online and offline marketing to the Reporting personnel.
13. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful findings to the reporting personnel.
14. Monitoring competitors position online i.e. websites, social media and provide brief feedback to the reporting personnel.
15. Ensure every task carried out is ‘Google friendly’.
16. Ensure every task carried out is in line by international and local laws and regulations i.e. across social media, mention of news about renowned people or brands, customer images and feedback etc.
17. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
18. Confirm the correct usage of all content ensuring in line with the Company standards.
19. Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks to be in line with the reporting personnel’s instructions and approval.
20. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.
21. Read, understand and comply with company policies & procedures, keep up to date with time to time amendments.
22. Ensure all activities are in compliance with the health and safety rules of the company as well as UAE government.
Report hazards and defects observed in the workplace.
24. Be available as per the business requirements, even on Public Holidays and Fridays.
25. Be accommodative to company given work schedule and any added tasks that may be assigned as per the changing scenarios.
26. Maintain professional dress code and personal hygiene.
27. Be up to date with the nature of business, structure, activities, etc. of our group of companies.
28. Be a team worker and participate to build a positive work culture to facilitate the development of the company.
29. Ensure to highlight observed issues, solutions and suggestions to respective departments.
30. Ensure to maintain a strict level of confidentiality at all times as per the work requirements.
31. Communications or correspondence with HR Department including but not limited to compensation and benefits, disciplinary actions, internal disagreements, etc. shall be kept private and confidential.
MINIMUM 4 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE RELEVANT FIELD OF SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST WITH THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
