We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the social media accounts of our clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their online presence, engaging with their audience, and driving their digital growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management: Handle and maintain social media accounts for our clients, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
2. Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling and relevant content that aligns with our clients' brand identity, voice, and marketing objectives.
3. Social Media Campaigns: Design and implement effective social media campaigns to promote our clients' products, services, and events, with a focus on generating leads and driving conversions.
4. Community Engagement: Interact with our clients' online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns, analyze data insights, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
6. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously optimize our clients' online presence.
7. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our clients and the marketing team to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience, ensuring that social media strategies align with broader marketing initiatives.
8. Crisis Management: Handle potential crises or negative feedback on social media in a proactive and professional manner, preserving our clients' reputation and brand image.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or a related role.
2. Excellent writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
3. Strong understanding of social media analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
4. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
7. bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
