Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Curation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
Create high- quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Curate and share user- generated content that showcases our brand's authenticity and connects with our community.
Social Media Management: Manage day- to- day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring interactions.
Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Community Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a sense of community by initiating and participating in relevant conversations.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility in the market.
Social Media Advertising: Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.
Stay Updated with Trends: Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2 years of experience in social media marketing
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and an eye for design
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
Certification in Social Media Marketing is a plus
