3. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
4. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
5. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
6. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
7. Social Media campaign management, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc
8. Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
9. Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
11. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
12. Manage online sales.
13. Daily monitoring and responding to client feedback
