•Research and identify potential customers (governmental, commercial and industrial sectors)
•Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process
•Establish and maintain strong and long-term relationship with customers and vendors throughout the sales cycle
•Design and deliver technical presentations
•Conduct site surveys and collect specifications, bill of quantity and drawings of the customer
•Negotiate terms and conditions with customers as the contract is being finalized
•Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to sales manager
•Maintain sales forecasting reports
