The Spare part advisor responsible for sale and delivery of parts and accessories. Assesses
needs, takes orders, and checks out customers. that contribute to the efficient and profitable
operation of the dealerships parts department.
Prospect and generate customer base to achieve the company key business results.
2. Sell spare parts a services to meet the customer's needs; Meet with customers
face to face and hold sales discussions accordingly.
3. Close sales by overcoming customer objections; Responsible for negotiating price,
completing sales collecting payments, delivers & ensure all parts are sold with valid
invoices and as per Company standards.
4. Complete documentation for all sales transactions Ensure to achieve the assigned Sales
target both monthly and annually.
5. Upsell whenever an opportunity arises i.e. additional accessories, spare parts, etc. and
always provide an alternative for unavailable stock.
6. Ensure to notify and follow-up with customers on campaign & special offers orders.
7. Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and visit new customers to
enhance sales.
8. Keep up to date with all products, pricing, competing dealers, market trends etc. to
expand the business prospects.
9. Follow up with customers on collection of accounts receivables.
10. Be continually active on social media and propose social media postings and activities
to your Reporting Personnel.
11. Handle after sales with diligence and ensure to resolve customer complaints in a timely
manner; Continuously follow up with the concerned department until the matter is
resolved.
12. Coordinate with Accounts dept. for customer financial transactions i.e. cash, cheque, etc.
and verify prior to receipt issuance as per the Company policy.
13. Submit daily sales report to Reporting Personnel.
14. Return of goods after sale or during the sales transactions must be approved as per the
Company Parts Return Policy.

Bachelor’s Degree in Busine majors
4 years of experience in Spare parts Sales
Solid knowledge in the area of spare parts sales Inventory managements and spare
parts warehouse
Knowledge and experience in Abu Dhabi market.
A tangible record of achievements in sales from Previous employer is a MUST.
Excellent Communication skills
