Role Summary:
Should work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure that project costs are controlled and align with the project’s budget.
Oversees junior surveyors and ensures that the project meets all legal and quality standards.
Handle contractual disputes between clients and contractors.
Provide support in claims management and dispute resolution.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress.
Prepare interim valuations and payment applications.
Certify final accounts and ensure timely payments to contractors.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender doents.
Analyze tender submissions and provide recommendations to the client.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value.
