High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive problem solver and team player.
Knowledge of the fragrance or beauty industry is advantageous.
