•Supervise the delivery / loading for all trading transactions
•Manage stock control and inventory checks for both refinery and terminal storage
•Responsible for operations related to both the vessel, truck, blending and ITT work
•Act as the main point of contact for all operations transactions.
•Provide overall leadership and support to the operations team to properly manage the daily operations transactions
•Improve efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the client experience in all trading operations-related processes, procedures, and practices,
•Assist management in ensuring timely cargo delivery maintaining the proper balance of cost, control and client service.
•Effectively resolve issues to minimize risk and exposure with the team
•Provide solutions for requirements and risks of new business and products as it relates to trading operations.
•Regularly maintain accurate operations reports.
•Supervise vessel operations and maintain trips records of tankers and drivers.
•Ensure all tankers are regularly rented out and are fully utilized for internal operations.
•To ensure that the Company is at all times promoted in a professional manner, and that staff displays professionalism in the Company’s areas of operations.
•Responsible for planning and managing all preventive and breakdown maintenance activities at the terminal.
•Managing and ensuring the smooth running of the terminal with regards to productivity operations, shipping, transportation, and routine maintenance
•Accountable for compliance with laws, rules and regulations with regard to Operating Permits, Operations, Safety programs, Operator training and Permits.
•Take action as, Incident Commander in the event of an emergency situation.
•Administration of policies and procedures to ensure Quality Service, Operational, Safety, and Security
5-7 years’ relevant experience in trading operations in Oil and Gas (Petroleum) industry.
