Urgently Hiring Now: Swimming Pool Estimator

Salary Range: 6,000 AED – 8,000 AED (Depending upon experience)

Responsibilities:
· Review tender doents including consultant specifications, tender drawings and bill of quantities
· Reading and correlating of drawings and specifications identifying the items of work.
· Detail technical specifications, Estimate Bill of quantities, formulate precise cost estimates
· Participate in the technical meeting, address technical queries, keep notes of specific requirements.
· Proposes VE if required
· Provide compliance statements and competent proposals.
· Prepare schematic drawings and shop drawings
· Review the cost of all materials, equipment, and services from time to time.Manage consultant contract deliverables, including design review and reporting. Track design issues, decisions, action items, and solutions.
· Maintains accurate construction files including contract addendums, revised plans, material selections etc.
· Compile all project paperwork to make complete and accurate job files, fill out incident reports, maintain in-office spreadsheets tracking data
· Work closely with Consultants to reduce the time between project confirmation to mobilization.
· Submission of drawings to local authorities & doentation for obtaining NOCs and Building Permits.
Requirements:
•Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with sharpened estimation skills in swimming pool industry
•Ability to work with minimum supervision and time bound error free proposals for both MEP & Civil.
•Experience in AutoCAD 2D &preferably 3D.
•Able to prepare quotations for swimming pools & water feature.
•Maintains working relationships with site engineers, procurement, operations and inside sales team.
•Quality conscious mindset with a keenness to abreast on pool products and technology
Please note: Only we prefer those candidates who are having valid experience (If it's UAE /GCC experience, that would be appreciable) in SWIMMING POOLS and who can join immediate 1 month notice period is being considered.
