Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
Onboarding:
Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure all necessary equipment, resources, and information are provided to new employees on their first day.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate introductions between new hires and key team members, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the experience.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company as an employer of choice within the real estate industry by developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
Engage with universities, industry associations, and other organizations to attract emerging talent.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and onboarding activities, including applicant tracking and new hire doentation.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and new hire retention rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition and onboarding, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE labor market and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
