Research and identify potential customers for the company’s technical products and services to the potential customers.
Demonstrate the features and carry out technical presentations to explain the benefits of the company’s products to the potential customers technically and commercially in a systematic method.
Carry out comprehensive requirement mapping for the customer’s needs and provide the best technical solutions to satisfy the needs of the inquiry.
Work closely with other members of the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and close deals.
Generate technical and sales proposals that outline the details of the products and services including the pricing and delivery timelines.
Provide technical support and after-sales support, ensuring that the company’s products and services are installed and functioning efficiently.
Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that the company's products and services remain competitive in the market.
Maintain accurate records, comply with systematic doentation of the sales activities, and generate weekly, and monthly reports, as per the requirements of the department.
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, and technical solution roles, preferably in 3D printing technology (Additive Manufacturing).
Knowledge of CAD software and various products in the 3D printing technology
Proficiency in conducting research and developing solutions for complex problems related to 3D printing technology.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printers about hardware, and software to give the highest print quality.
Proficient in creating and maintaining technical doents, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other engineers and technical staff.
Familiarity with industry standards & regulations related to 3D printing Technology.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
