**Job Title:** Technical Support Person – Coffee Machines

**Location:** [Al Quoz-3 Ind Area]

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for coffee machines. As a Technical Support specialist for coffee machines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our coffee equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert support to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues with coffee machines (including espresso machines, bean grinders, brewing units, etc.). Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- **Maintenance and Installation:** Perform regular preventive maintenance and installation of new coffee equipment in commercial and residential settings.
- **Customer Support:** Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers experiencing machine issues. Assist customers with inquiries regarding machine functionality, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting.
- **Training and Doentation:** Provide training to customers and staff on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines. Develop and maintain technical manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- **Parts Management:** Identify required parts for repairs, place orders, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
- **Quality Control:** Monitor the performance of machines, ensuring that they meet quality standards and troubleshooting recurring issues. Provide feedback for product improvement.
- **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and offer recommendations for suitable machines or upgrades.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience with technical support, maintenance, or repair of coffee machines, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with espresso machines, brewing systems, grinders, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively to customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A passion for coffee and an understanding of coffee brewing methods.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage (for on-site support, if required).

**Preferred:**
- Familiarity with advanced coffee machine technology and smart systems.
