This full-time on-site role comes with Entrepreneurs Business Services and is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role of a Tele Marketing Sales person is to generate sales leads, initiate calls to prospective clients, answer queries related to the company's products and services, facilitate the sales process, and follow up with clients. Further responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of prospective customers, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the marketing team on strategies for sales and marketing. A successful candidate should be able to meet set revenue targets and continue to identify opportunities to grow sales.
Excellent English and Arabic language proficiency for phone-based customer interactions. Proficiency in 2 any other languages is also a preference.
At least 2-3 years of U A E experience in telemarketing sales and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of sales processes and techniques is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Good organizational, time management, problem-solving skills, highly motivated, positive and Pleasant in nature and action.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (C R M) tools and sales-related software is a plus.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation and focus on goals is highly desirable.
Applicants must be currently based in Dubai, U A E, with valid residency and work permit.
