We are looking to hire a Tele-sale Executive for Vacation home Rental company Experience to join our team. She will be required to generate leads, pitch, close deals & win properties to manage.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling and generating potential leads.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Contacting potential leads to establish link and arrange meetings.
Researching brokers to build relations to sign new properties.
Presenting the business to potential clients.
Evaluating the property to ensure it is in line with the company's expectations.
Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes the technical
inspection, unit permit, utility connection, formalities with security, deep cleaning, and photo shooting.
Developing inventory for all the property belongings.
Conduct property appraisals for short-term rental listings;
Prepare contracts in line with the company strategy and local laws and regulations;
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
Attend sales and marketing trainings.
Use existing database to canvas and create prospects from already available resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones with Property Owners. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
At least 1-2 years working in the real-estate or short-term rentals industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good communication and writing skills
Fluent in the English language
Problem-solving, analyzing, reasoning, organizational, and execution abilities
