We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and doenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
•Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
•Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
•Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
•Gathering and doenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
•Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
•Answering customers' questions on the products.
•Meeting sales quotas.
To be successful as a tele sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing tele sales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
