We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused TeleCalling Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts, resolving customer issues, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction through outbound and inbound calls. Your contributions will directly impact our success and customer loyalty.
#Key Responsibilities:
#Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to customers to promote and sell our produc.
#Inbound Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our offerings.
#Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
#Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
#Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
#Communication: Follow established scripts for consistent and effective communication.
#Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
#Database Management: Ensure customer information is up-to-date in our database.
#Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.
#Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
#Qualifications:
#Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.
#Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar sal service role.
#Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
#Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications (CRM software, MS Office).
#Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
#Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
#Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
#Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
#Language Proficiency: Fluency in #Hindi, #Telugu, #Kannada, #Tamil.
