Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties.
Qualify leads and identify client requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.
Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings with clients and agents.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new property listings.
2-3 years of tele sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate sector.
Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa/sponsored).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
