Key Duties:
• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Work well with the other telesales personnel with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Using the data provided by telemarketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
• Converting leads into clients.
• Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads.
• Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answering questions about services offered or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• High school diploma; B in Business Management or Similar
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sal service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and descri them to prospective clients.
• Excellent knowledge of Engli
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
