The right candidate will ideally have:
Extensive experience in the field of GPS tracking devices and sales
A good telephone manner and able to independently generate their own leads through cold calls and various media platforms
Natural business acumen and an understanding of the various industries that may require fleet management solutions (such as tracking devices, driver monitoring devices, and cameras & fuel sensors, etc.)
An existing network that would be interested in using our products & service
Result orientated, energetic and a positive go-getter attitude and the confidence to aggressively generate leads and actual sales even in the current pandemic situation.
Key Responsibilities
To maximize sales volumes
To retain the market leadership in the Industry
New business avenues
Payment Collections
Resolution of after-sales issues
Safeguard the profit margins
Meet quarterly and yearly targets
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
Develop a sales pipeline by collaborating with new partner alliances.
Present reports and results to the CEO on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Generate revenue by bringing in new leads of high value on a weekly basis, by setting up new meetings, meeting clients regularly, and to develop a larger client base of the organization.
Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Makes sales appointments with clients
Updating CRM (Zoho CRM) on a daily base
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to)
Achieve monthly targets set by the company
Teams with other employees to make sure that product is available to the client when needed
Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
Discovers how to market products to new users
Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market
Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies
Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
