Objectives of this role
Meet week sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Responsibilities
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales job role
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Required skills and qualifications
2 years experience working as a telesales for petrol, lubricant, oil in UAE
Fluency in English
Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
