Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database and lead generation strategies. LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
-Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations, understanding their real estate needs and preferences
-Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits of our real estate services
-Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings
-Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the company's CRM system
Qualifications:
-Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
-Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
-Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs
-High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Willing to relocate in Sharj.
