Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products and services, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services
Provide information about our company and answer customer inquiries
Identify and generate leads for our sales team
Follow up with customers via phone and email to close sales
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
Good time-management skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus
