Looking candidates for Telesales (Real Estate)
Target calling to find the buying interest
Salary - 4500 + Attractive incentives

Lead Generation: Use various sources such as databases, online research, referrals, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in real estate properties. Keep a record of leads and manage them in a system.

Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to engage potential clients, introduce available real estate properties, and discuss their needs and preferences. Tailor the sales pitch to each individual client and highlight the unique selling points of the properties.

Relationship Building: Build repport and establish relationships with potential clients through effective communication skills. Understand their requirements, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have regarding the properties or the purchasing process.

Property Presentations: Deliver compelling property presentations over the phone, providing detailed information about the features, location, pricing, and financing options available. Showcase the value and benefits of each property to capture the interest of potential buyers.

Negotiation and Closing: Use persuasive sales techniques to negotiate terms, pricing, and payment schedules with potential buyers. Guide them through the purchasing process, handle objections, and work towards closing the sale successfully.

Follow-up and Doentation: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep them updated on new properties and offers. Ensure accurate doentation of all sales-related activities, including client interactions, property details, and progress in the sales cycle.

Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, property values, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Conduct research to identify potential areas of growth and opportunities for expanding the customer base.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate with the property management team to gather up-to-date information on available properties and ensure accurate representation to clients.

Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company. Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and progress towards sales goals.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or telephone-based sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals and handle objections effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize leads, follow-up tasks, and doentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
