Job Description

Al Haya Group are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Job Responsibilities:

*Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone through cold calling, emailing, and other means of communication.
*Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
*Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
*Gathering and doenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products and services.
*Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services.
*Answering customers' questions on the products.
*Meeting sales quotas, close deals and achieve sales targets.
*Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
*Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
*Answering questions about services or the company.
*Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
*Enter and update customer information in the database.
*Maintain accurate records and doentation of sales activities
*Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals.
*Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight the value of our products and services.


Candidate Requirements

Job Qualifications:

*High school diploma: B will be a plus.
*Excellent communication skills and persuasion skills.
*Proven experience as telesales representative or other sal service role.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
*Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
*Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems.
*Ability to think on your feet and handle objections.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to learn about products and services and descri them to prospects.
*Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
*Good customer service skills.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
