Functi : Asset Management
Position Title & Location : TEMS Controller, Dammam
Position Purpose : Ensure that the movements - regardless of Volume - taking place physically in both directions (in & Out) at your customer’s site are accurately reflected on the system.
Maj Accountabilities :
Making sure that the movements declared are made the correct trading partners, with the correct net volumes
Minimizing the reversals driven by incorrect declarations
Minimi last minute corrective actions or manual Transf requests
Provide tangible input during all planned & Unplanned reconciliation activities
Prevent the suspended movements to age beyond 45-60
Develop preventive approach to manage the suspended movements
To prevent rescheduling / Cancelations of planned audits and to minimize / prevent Losses as a result of ongoing reconciliation activities
Follow the Invoice-to-Cash guidelines of your customer and understand the implications of their credit policy
Settle movements as soon as possible where your customer is a declarer or declared to
Build connections within the AM and with your direct customer
Develop Microsoft Excel Literacy
Develop your CHEP specific knowledge
Maintain Zero Harm Lifestyle
Measures :
FTR is not less than 98% & not more than 102%
Ability to provide at least 95% of the requested documents during Internal Audits
Suspended Movements maximum age is 90% 0-60 / 10% 60-90
Q Stock Coverage not less than 98% (all planned audits to be performed as planned)
95% of the lo result must be genuine & not result of transactions mishandling or poor account management
DSO in line with the Business Target
Lead-to-Capture time can't be less than 4 or greater than 4 days
Maximum age tEDs don't exceed 30 days
Participate in a project where you will be measured on how you are demonstrating core capabilities (to be confirmed with the candidate)
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years Post High School Education
Experience : Minimum 1 - 2 experience years in a related position
