Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Pilipino FEMALE (Ticketing Assistant) for our Travel Agency.
•Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledgeable with Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre ticket portal.
•Promoting and marketing the business.
•Should be energetic and passionate to bring new customers.
•Fully acknowledge with hotel booki crui visa and Schengen visas as well.
•Productivity & Efficiency.
•Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.
Languages: English, Arabic, Hindi.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 5years experience of successful Ticketing Assistant in the travel and tourism Industry, UAE Preferably.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills? Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.
•Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.
•Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
•Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
•Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
