Liaise with customers and Clients regarding erection, dismantle & climbing operations
Conduct site surveys, plan, draft, review and update Lift Plans and method statements.
Liaise with councils, safety agencies and any other stakeholders involved in our lifting operations
Manage and co-ordinate all load lists / transport /rigging crews and sub-contractors.
Provide project cranage solutions with a strong focus on supporting our customers project delivery program.
Maintain job cost control and monitoring for accurate recharging and reporting.
Ensure maintenance, repair, erection, climbing, dismantle and rigging crews’ competencies are reviewed and upgraded as required.
Assist the workshop with crane preparation programs and delivery.
Work with the management team providing technical information and resource requirements. Review the requirements of upcoming projects and provide support for resources on site.
Oversee the compliance of the crane fleet and manage the plant documentation and record keeping.
Work with the General manager to support our work-winning and project planning functions
Maintain regular contact with the customer throughout the life of the project, ensuring all crane requirements are being met, and manage any safety or technical issues.
Deliver on Safety - compliance and understanding of our objectives and safety standards.
