High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
5+ years experience in traffic control, including supervisory experience
Working knowledge of local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations
Ability to read and interpret traffic engineering plans
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
