• Responsible in all daily schedule, monitoring everyday incoming and outgoing mails, letters and making correspondence for the DTD Director as well as helping in making correspondence (letters) from DTD staffs.
• Responsible and one of the in-charge in making the DG presentation every after 3 mont months to present in DG office and taking all statistic reports from my other colleagues.
• In-charge or Organizer for the Fire Refresher, Fire Awareness & Warden courses and approving staffs who are registering those courses.
• Managed clinical & non – clinical staff’s appointment schedules for attending their training courses and ensured timely collection of payments for payments of books & certificates etc.
• Monitor EDGES every day for checking registered courses of each clinical as well as non-clinical staffs if they will register on EDGES.
• Answering phone calls from outside and inside the Hospital.
• Receiving payments for BLS, ACLS, PALS, ALERT & other courses before taking the course.
• Working as the reception as well as the Coordinator and even multi-tasking work is given to me.
• Booking & preparing rooms, refreshments for the courses conducted and contacting the Cafeteria for every conducted Training courses in DTD or even outside our Department like any other Departments.
• Coordination and follow up work in every day’s task or job in Training department.
