Maintain proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration.
Track and Trace
Proof of Delivery
Over, short, and damaged shipment issues
Evaluates, records, and responds to addition service requests (i.e., lift-gate, inside delivery, gate pass, etc.)
Work with transportation providers and freight payment team to ensure proper accessorial cost and flows.
Handle damage and loss claims
Driv database
Knowledge of cust UAE and all GCC border
Knowledge of impo and customs clearance
Database of GCC bord clearing agent.
Opening of job files daily.
Driver coordination
Tracking record for customs clearance, loading and unloading goods.
Coordination of drive and customers for dispatch of goods.
Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
Ensure correct estimates in the transport planning system.
Meet on-time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow up on discrepancies with suppliers and Customer Service

2-4 years of experience in related field
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English and Hindi. Arabic is an added advantage.
Good knowledge about Jebal Ali port and other ports in uae countries
Functional knowledge in Supply Chain
Preferably knowledge of import and export
Interpersonal skills and relationship building
