Meeting pre-determined sales & revenue targets
Developing monthly trips sales strategy & plans
Effectively ensuring prospective travellers fully understand our trips & services offered
Managing sales conversations across various communication channels
Sourcing new leads alongside the existing team
Working closely with other team members to meet company targets.
Customer Service:
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
Increase customer reviews with high quality ratings
Marketing :
Participate and assist in setting marketing strategies and launch of new products
Response to customer inquiries through several social platforms.
Operations:
Handling customer’s reservations all over the world including accommodation, tours, rental and any other requested activities or services.
Lead the reservation department to achieve company target.
Direct reservation amendments, additions and cancellations.
Assist reservation team members specially working with online systems.
Handling groups reservations & requests.
