Customer Support Agents
Due to our continued success we are now looking to recruit some exceptional and experienced Customer Support Agents
Key responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be required to investigate and action enquiries, concerns and requests from customers who have already made a holiday booking via our Sales department or our website.
To act as first point of contact for all post reservation.
To attend training to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
To undertake ad hoc admin duties as required.
Education Training and Qualifications
Education to GCSE standard (or equiv) required
Experience
Experience of working in a Customer Service environment.
Knowledge of administrative procedures obtained through working in an office environment.
Computer Literacy.
Knowledge of a European Language is desirable.
