Responsible for Treasury Management, Fund raising, MIS, Audit & Accounts
Job description:
i. Treasury Management: Collection and Payment of Funds, Control over Cash and Negotiable Instruments, Borrowings, Funds management, foreign currency management
ii. Optimizing profit by exploiting market opportunities in forex market, money market and securities market
iii. Investment Management: Maintaining appropriate mix of investment portfolio in accordance with the risk-taking ability of the Fund. Including selection of investment avenues and investment brokers.
iv. Control & care of the cash assets and liabilities
v. Preparation and finalization of Final Statements prepared on the basis of IFRS.
vi. Preparation and review of ALCO including cash flow management, interest rate management, forecast organisation’s cash flow situation
vii. Handling Investor Information & Request
viii. Preparation of Annual budget of the Fund in accordance with a budget timetable. Prepare an annual Proposal for Funding (PFF)
ix. Handling Internal Audits of NC
x. Disbursement of loan; Payments (cash, cheque, direct transfer) to customers
xi. Handling Receipts (cash, direct transfer)
xii. Returned cheques Accounting
xiii. Handling payments towards OASME
xiv. Handling Anti Money Laundering (AML) Act
xv. Review of Bank reconciliation statements of NC SMEF
xvi. Handling Receipt of OASME
xvii. Handling Statutory Audits of NC
xviii. Handling State Audits of NC
xix. Handling CMA Audits of NC
xx. Quarterly Inter firm Comparison
xxi. Custody of doents and records
xxii. Supporting IT Development & Implementation
xxiii. Provide support to Compliance Officer for compliance with all statutes, regulations and applicable laws
xxiv. Training & developing other staff of the organization
xxv. Other duties related with accounts & Finance Function
SKILLS:
Financial Management, Strategy planning, Regulatory compliance, revenue generation through investment, budgeting & cost control, Process Improvement, Financial Analysis & Modelling, Regulatory compliance, Expert in IFRS & development of ECL Model, ERP, Customer Relationship, Risk mitigation & Management, Handling Internal & Statutory Audit, Preparation of MIS etc.
