І. Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities.
Visit and follow – up with Customers.
Find new Customers.
Prepare offers to Customers.
Report on Sales activities and Market situation.
Assist customers in resolving problems.
Reporting daily activities to the Regional Sales Manager.

Communicate with Sales Manager.
Communication with Asst. Sales Manager (ASM).
Communicate with Customers.
Communicate and co-ordinate with the Workshop and Spares Department.

Plan visits to Customers.
Conclude Sales and complete sales related documentation.
Visit and develop new customers.
Make offers to Customers.
Follow-up with Customers.
Assist and facilitate the Delivery of vehicles to Customers.
Submit Reports to the Sales Manager.
Possess all required Sales tools to conclude Sales.
Co-ordinate with After-Sales departments and workshops to ensure speedy resolution of customer related problems.
Report on Market developments and Competition to ASM.
Attend Exhibitions at which MB vehicles are displayed and attend others to gain Competitor information.
Be available for any product or sales training designed by Management.

Skills
Education & / or Field of Expertise: Bachelor's Degree preferable.
Skills: Good Selling and Communication skills, Computer skills, familiarity with
Microsoft Office and good command of Arab.
Experien track record in related Selling activities with minimum experience of 5 Years.
Training: Any relevant trainings.
