• Provide 2nd level support.
• Maintain and Support End User infrastructures such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, T&A (Time and Attendance) machines, telecommunication data /Voice lines for Outstation Offices.
• Responsible for day to day operations in the area of responsibility within SLAs and Project timelines.
• You will be responsible for handling queries over phone and emails for Executives and other Business customers seeking help related to IT systems.
• Time management, communication and reporting skills.
• Good hands-on experience with Windo OS environments. Good understanding of Desktops, Laptops, Tablets Mobile devices and latest tech gadgets and features
• IT industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE & ITIL Certification (Foundation course) will be an added advantage.
