Urgently Required Mechanical BIM Design Engineer
1)Strong experience working with engineering design
softwa (Revit, CAD) required, able to produce layout in
Revit, create and manage families, aware of BIM techniques
such as parameter management, LOD400 workflow, cash testing.
2)Work closely with senior staff to promote mechanical design works including HVAC ducting, HVAC piping, Fire suppression system, Water supply, Drainage. Etc.
3) Able to produce calculation report for all mechanical systems and make mechanical single line diagrams
4) Implementing mechanical technical inspection (Based on project specification and international standard such as ASHRAE) in BIM models
5) Coordinating with the Client and the main contractor
