• Vendor Onboarding: Guide and assist vendors through the Ariba registration process. This includes explaining the registration requirements, providing necessary doentation and forms, and answering any questions or concerns they may have..
• Doentation Management: Ensure that all required vendor doentation, such as business licenses, certifications, tax identification numbers, and other relevant paperwork, is collected and properly recorded in the system.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the registration process, keeping them informed about the status of their application and providing timely updates.
• Issue Resolution: Address any challenges or issues that vendors encounter during the registration process, working collaboratively with internal teams or Ariba support to find solutions.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that vendors meet all the necessary compliance and regulatory requirements set by the organization and the Ariba Network.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in the vendor registration and onboarding process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with vendors, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and addressing any concerns promptly
• Security and Data Privacy: Adhere to data security and privacy standards when handling vendor information and sensitive data.
• Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit any required compliance reports related to vendor onboarding and registration.
Desired candidate qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent education
• Desired to have experience in SAP Ariba supplier life cycle performance (SLP)
• Arabic language proficiency with IT system knowledge is desired.
• Good Interpersonal and convincing skills
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations to meet deadlines.
