## Position: Short Video Planner and Operator
### Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning, creativity, and production of short video content, ensuring high quality and attractiveness;
2. Manage and operate the company’s accounts on major short video platforms, enhancing follower engagement and user stickiness;
3. Track and analyze short video playback data, optimize content strategies to increase views and interaction rates;
4. Participate in market research to understand industry trends and user needs, and develop video operation plans;
5. Assist in the planning and execution of brand promotion and marketing activities;
6. Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to ensure smooth project execution;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
### Requirements
1. College degree or above, preferably in marketing, film production, new media, or related fields;
2. Familiar with the operating rules and content trends of short video platforms (such as TikTok, Kuaishou, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
3. At least 1 year of experience in short video planning and operation, with successful cases preferred;
4. Currently residing in Dubai;
5. Good creative thinking and content planning skills;
6. Strong data analysis skills, able to guide operation strategies through data;
7. Proactive, responsible, and a team player;
8. Proficient in video editing software and other office software.
