We are looking for a skilled Waiter to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The right candidate should uplift the dining experience for customers. Someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. The duties and responsibilities of a waiter include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, and in addition, memorizing the menu, and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
● Proven work experience as a Waiter.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
● Attentiveness and patience for customers.
● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
● Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to work in shifts.
● Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.
● A high school diploma; hospitality certification and food safety training are a plus
