Must be available in Bahrain
At least one year experience
· Takes Fo Orders on KOT’s and BOT’s , and enters orders into Micros for transmittal to kitchen staff
· Present menus to Guests and answers questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
· Removes Dishes and Glasses from tables or Counters and takes them to kitchen for cleaning
· Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens etc.
· To maximize sales by making suggestions and helping the guests to make choices.
· Ensure the proper storage of inventory viz cutlery, crockery, glassware etc.
· Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the F & B Service area and the back area.
· Ensure proper guest billing
With 1 year experience in hospitality industry
