Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and guide them to their seats.
* Present menus, offer beverage and food recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
* Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests or dietary preferences are noted.
* Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee (hot and cold), mocktails, smoothies, and juices, adhering to quality standards.
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery.
* Serve orders to customers with attention to detail and presentation.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
* Complete tasks assigned by the manager, which may include restocking supplies, inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Prior experience as a Barista and Wait is a must.
* Proficient in preparing various coffee beverages, cold drinks, mocktails, and juices.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
* English is a must
