We are looking for an addition to our team to handle below responsibilities:
-Welcomes customers when they arrive
-Take customers’ orders by introducing the menu, giving suggestions for food and drinks and discuss any special menu items
-Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
-Prepares drinks and serves them to customers
-Serving orders and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
-Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers
-Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware and sets tables and refills condiments
-Cleaning and disinfecting the tables after customers have finished their meals
-Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
-Prior experience in food service industry is preferred
-Can demonstrate basic food safety standards
-Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
-Experience in customer service and is oriented toward helping customers
-Can communicate well in English (other languages is a plus)
-Accountability in processing payments
-Fit to work and has the stamina to stand for long periods of time
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Currently in Dubai
